Dr. Max Gerson: Poisoned by the Medical Mafia

Meet Dr. Max Gerson, a Jewish refugee of Nazi Germany who fled to New York City and started practicing his therapy of pure organic food, pancreatic enzymes and coffee enemas. He believed that cancer is caused by two main things; deficiency and toxicity. He stressed that lack of vital nutrients was at the core of cancer, as well as exposure to too many chemicals. He was correct, because all of those things damage the immune system. Back in the 1930s there were far less chemicals to worry about and the rate of cancer was fairly low compared to that of today. Since the introduction of chemicals in food, water, air, etc. the rates of cancer have exploded. Lack of proper nutrients is also proven to cause many diseases, not just cancer. If you don't feed your body what it requires it breaks down, and that's just common sense.

The Gerson Therapy developed as a result of Dr. Gerson's own personal health problems. He was having very serious migraine headaches and began experimenting on himself with his diet. Using a process of elimination he developed a diet that was an effective cure for those headaches. His conclusion was that foods such as creamy fish dishes, spicy sausages, alcohol, salt and fatty meats were causing those headaches. The prime foundation of the Gerson Therapy is that initiating large amounts of vital nutrients from salt-free, fat-free, organic, vegetarian food, including 13 fresh organic vegetable and fruit juices daily. The idea is to flood the body's cells with vital nutrients, forcing out the toxins and allowing them to recover from that toxicity. And in order to help the liver process all of the toxins and get rid of them, part of Gerson's therapy was coffee enemas, which have taken a lot of ridicule, but are in fact, proven effective for that task. Flooding the body with nutrients is absolutely necessary in order to cure cancer naturally, and so is detox. The reason that so many herbal remedies are so effective for cancer is that they do three things; they provide nutrition, they assist in detox and they create an alkaline environment. And those three things combined strengthen the immune system. The vegetarian therapy obviously works but I do not believe that eliminating proteins is healthy in the long run. If you have cancer, cutting out the red meats and fatty sausages for a while certainly wouldn't be a bad idea, but unless you're really sick and need to aggressively bombard yourself with nutrients as this diet recommends, I feel that getting adequate protein from animal sources is necessary for optimal health function. I know of a doctor named Nicholas Gonzalez who prescribes custom diets, including high protein, low-carb diets for his therapy as well as an array of other diets, depending upon the patient's needs. Protein helps build a strong immune system. A strong immune system is mandatory when treating cancer.

Once the patient gets back on their feet, proper protein in the form of fish, chicken and limited red meats would be what's best. If you're dead set against meats you need to know that vegetarians are very typically extremely low in Vitamin B12 which can lead to hospitalization. Supplementing B12 is in your best interests as the only source of B12 in nature is spirulina, which isn't commonly eaten as food. In addition to an organic, vegetarian diet, pancreatic enzymes were also a very large part of Gerson's therapy. If the body has proper pancreatic enzymes the body can't develop cancer because they dissolve the protective protein coating around malignant tissues, making it impossible for them to grow and spread.

Eventually the Gerson Therapy was practiced on tuberculosis (TB) patients. In one study involving 450 terminal TB patients 446 of them recovered completely, which was considered a miracle because back then TB was considered to be “incurable.”

The Gerson Therapy was pretty well known in Europe because of that, and he put many TB clinics out of business as a result. Eventually Gerson was begged by a woman who had incurable bile-duct cancer to treat her with his migraine and TB therapy. She knew it wasn't proven for cancer but was willing to try for lack of better options. She totally recovered and so did two of her friends who had cancers. Shortly thereafter, Hitler started rounding up Jews and sending them to those fun camps so Dr. Gerson got the hell out of there and went to New York City. When he arrived there he started promoting his treartment plan to terminal cancer patients. In 1946, with the support and presence of five of his cured cancer patients, Gerson testified in court that he had found the cure for cancer. On July 3rd, 1946 it was publicly announced on radio that the Gerson Therapy was a cure for cancer. During the same period he authored a book entitled A Cancer Therapy: Results of Fifty Cases and the Cure of Advanced Cancer.

Of course, after he publicized his work as a cure for cancer, a smear campaign ensued. On March 8th, 1959, the good doctor mysteriously died. His daughter Charlotte recollects:

“My father, aged 78, was in perfectly good health when, from one day to the next, he felt awful. They tested his blood and found a high level of arsenic.”

His daughter Charlotte opened the Gerson Institute in 1977. In response, the corrupt and immoral US government made the Gerson Therapy illegal, forcing Charlotte to move the clinic to Tijuana, Mexico. At this point you need to be asking yourself why anyone would want to make a vegetarian diet in conjunction with pancreatic enzymes illegal. Clearly there is a bias here and because it cures cancer it becomes totally obvious what that bias is. As a private citizen there's nothing they can do if you decide to use this therapy in the privacy of your own home but if you open a clinic and start prescribing it you'd feel the consequences real fast. America is as corrupt as corrupt gets, that's a simple fact. The website of the Gerson Institute can be found at Gerson.org.
