Five Years in Prison for Selling Apricot Seeds

Meet Jason Vale, a World Champion Arm Wrestler from New York. Jason has been battling cancer since 1986 at the age of 18 when he was diagnosed with a very rare type of cancer called an “Askin's Tumor.” When he was diagnosed there had only been 20 reported cases of this particular type of cancer and it had a 100% death rate. The tumor, about the size of a grapefruit, was between his back and ribs and was causing fluid to build up in his lungs. He opted for surgery. As is typical with surgery for cancer, within one year the tumor came back much worse than before and he could hardly walk as the tumor was affecting his spinal cord. Again, he had surgery, this time opting for chemo and radiation as well, nearly dying from the toxicity in the process. For seven miraculous years he had no problems with cancer, but then...

 

“...during a routine scan, as I was taking 40 Tylenol # 4 with codeine per day it was discovered that I had a tumor in my kidney. I told the doctor my thoughts were that all the medication I was taking was the direct cause of the tumor. He found this theory to be silly. Upon research, I found that pain killers have been proven to cause kidney carcinomas, which was what I had. He disagreed completely. Later, it was shown through various tests, that the tumor in my kidney was malignant. It was about to start all over again. I went to the kidney specialist who said I had to get my kidney taken out. Yet the more questions I asked him, the more aggravated he got. I simply wanted to know as much as possible about my disease so I could be in a position to make an educated decision. I left his office, returned once, and then never again. I received subsequent certified letters from his office warning me of the dangers I was in if left untreated. It was fun making paper planes out of them.”

 

Shortly thereafter, a friend from church gave Jason a VHS tape of World Without Cancer by G. Edward Griffin. This documentary is based upon the work of Dr. Ernst T. Krebs who, in the 1950s developed a theory that cancer is caused by a deficiency in nitrilosides, a substance found in over 1200 plants including apricots, peaches, apples, bean sprouts and more. Dr. Krebs extracted the nitrilosides and developed a drug with it that he named Laetrile. Eventually the naturally occurring substance became known as Amygdalin or Vitamin B17. The drug was never approved by the FDA but of course, the natural substance remained which can be purchased at just about any health food store or supermarket. Like almost all doctors who publicize effective cancer treatments, Dr. Krebs had his own problems:

 

“After presenting a rather effective lecture on cancer...the windshield was shot out of my car on the road back to San Francisco. The next night the glass window in the tail gate was shot out (300 miles removed from the first shooting). The police said 'maybe somebody is trying to tell you something'. The late Arthur Harris, M.D. was threatened by two men with assassination if he continued to use laetrile. Since that time we have de-centralized the work so that, if any two of us are shot out of the saddle, it will only have a slight negative effect on the program.”

 

G. Edward Griffin's film inspired Jason to start eating apricot seeds on a regular basis and as a result his cancer started disappearing. Amazing isn't it that something as simple as apricot seeds can hold cancer in check and keep it at bay? Jason's been doing it since 1993.

 

“I had cancer three times, the first time when I was eighteen years old, the second time at 19 and then 15 years ago at 26. Since the last time, I've been eating the apricot seeds as my only therapy along with some basic diet changes. The first time I was operated on and the second time, a combination of operation, chemo, radiation and small diet changes....but the third time...APRICOT SEEDS and apricot seeds only! Found in over 1200 foods, which we don't eat anymore in our culture, the components of the apricot seed make it nearly impossible for cancer to grow in a body free of cancer. For a person that has cancer, there are many different scenarios however, start eating the seeds immediately, weather or not you are doing chemo and radiation.”

 

Jason has been watching his tumor shrink as he eats the apricot seeds, and enlarge when he's not eating them very much, which is the standard correlation seen when people start using amygdalin. Amygdalin molecules contain one part hydrogen cyanide, one part benzaldehyde and two parts glucose. I know what you must be thinking at this point, “cyanide!?” Yes, well, first of all the cyanide content is harmless unless it is released from the molecule. In order for the cyanide to be released from the molecule it has to come into contact with one enzyme in particular and that enzyme is called beta-glucosidase. Conveniently, beta-glucosidase is only contained in cancerous cells not in normal cells! So when the amygdalin molecules come in contact with the cancerous cells, the beta-glucosidase in those cancerous cells unlocks the cyanide and the benzaldehyde (which is also toxic to cancer) and it quite literally kills off the cancerous cells. Additionally, the synergistic combination of the cyanide and the benzaldehyde makes both substances 100 times stronger than they would be by themselves. I'm sure you're wondering what impact this has on normal cells? Well, normal cells contain a protective enzyme called rhodanese. Rhodanese does, in fact, neutralize the cyanide and benzaldehyde rendering them harmless to normal cells. In other words, there's no truth in the myth that says apricot seeds are poisonous. They are poisonous to cancer cells only. Chemotherapy, on the other hand, is toxic to all cells, and is proven to do more harm than good for patients. Dr. Dean Burk, the former head of the Cytochemistry Department of the National Cancer Institute, clinically tested amygdalin personally.

 

“When we add laetrile (amygdalin) to a cancer culture under the microscope, providing the enzyme glucosidase also is present, we can see the cancer cells dying off like flies.”

 

The Medical Mafia, in the pursuit of the protection of their beloved profits has put many myths out there about the cyanide contained in amygdalin, warning people that it is “poisonous.” That couldn't be farther from the truth! There is a population of people near Pakistan in the kingdom of Hunza that eat 200 times more amygdalin than Americans and they routinely eat the seeds from apricots. Visiting medical teams didn't find one case of cancer, their average life span is 85 and they are generally mentally alert all their lives as well. People who take chemotherapy, on the other hand, usually die quickly and have no quality of life either, being sick most of the time until they finally die. The Cancer Industry put out warnings about Amygdalin trying to discourage people from using it but of course chemotherapy is just fine, right? Not! But it makes them money.

 

Once Jason had his cancer under control with amygdalin (apricot seeds) he felt compelled to yell from rooftops and tell the world about his discovery. Jason was featured on a national television show called Extra appearing as “a world class arm wrestler who cured himself of cancer with apricot seeds” and it got such a popular response that they re-aired it. After all of the media attention and publicity he opened a website and began blogging about his personal cancer experience and amazing apricot seed discovery, also sending out mass emails to thousands of people with the subject line The Answer to Cancer is Known.

 

Eventually, Jason began selling apricot seeds on his website and worked up to about 28,000 customers worldwide. He received thousands of emails from people thanking him and telling him how it had stopped their cancers from growing and spreading. Apparently the Cancer Industry deemed Jason a threat to their precious profits because despite the fact that apricots are perfectly legal and despite the fact that Jason had no complaints from any of his customers and despite the fact that his products were making it possible for thousands of people to be living lives with no worries of cancer, the FDA didn't like that because on Oct. 28^th, 1998 they sent Jason a three page warning letter highlighting his “promotion and distribution of the unapproved drug Laetrile in the form of apricot seeds, Vitamin B17 tablets and 'amygdalina' ampoules” all of which are natural derivatives of apricots seeds.

 

Eventually Jason signed a statement saying that he would no longer promote his seeds as a cancer cure because the highly inappropriate and immoral law in the USA states that if you sell natural supplements you cannot make health claims on them, even if those claims are backed by scientific studies. All health food stores and distributors are gagged from telling people about the health benefits of various supplements and the reason for that is, of course, because they want to suppress that information because if the public had the info it would cut into their drug profits. So Jason started following that law. He was warned, signed a statement saying that he wouldn't make health claims and then continued his business legally no longer calling his products a cancer cure. The statement that he signed did not specify that he had to stop selling his products. It seems to me that if they wanted him to stop selling any of his products that they should have told him so, right? But they did not. Shortly thereafter, without any other warnings being made, the FDA raided Jason's home, seized his apricot seeds and computers and put Jason in jail. His bail was set at $800,000 and on July 14^th, 2003 Jason was sentenced to 63 months in New York State Penitentiary.

 

So let's get this straight; Big Pharma is permitted by the FDA to sell drugs that even the FDA admits kill over 100,000 people per year, but the products that Jason sold, which helped thousands of people effectively combat their cancers without side effects are forbidden and he gets locked up in prison for five years for selling them! The FDA promotes chemotherapy which kills hundreds of thousands of people per year and only has a 2.1% success rate but the FDA has a problem with apricot seeds! What a load of nonsense! Again, in a great country, if a cancer cure or effective treatment was discovered, especially one that is as safe and effective as this, they wouldn't hide it, they'd welcome it and they'd treat the discoverer like a hero. Jason might not have discovered this cancer treatment, but he was a hero for educating so many people about it and saving so many people's lives.

 

While he was in prison his cancer got worse because he couldn't access his medicine. His mother would sneak him apricot seeds in containers of nuts, because they look just like nuts but he wasn't able to get as much as he needed. When he came out of prison on April 15^th, 2008 his tumor had enlarged significantly but he's been holding it in check with his favorite medicine, apricot seeds!
